About the Opportunity

Mills Automotive Group is seeking a Full-time Automotive Dealership AP & AR Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions across two of the company's locations, supporting the dealership's financial operations.

Role Overview

The Automotive Dealership AP & AR Specialist will be responsible for routine accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. This position requires strong organizational and administrative capabilities, coupled with fundamental accounting knowledge to maintain financial records and support daily operations within a busy dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Post invoices accurately into the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Issue checks for various payments.
• Prepare and dispatch customer statements.
• Process daily deposits from sales, parts, and service departments.
• Receive and post checks, ensuring correct allocation to accounts and invoices.
• Perform basic and routine accounting functions as required.
• Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks to support the accounting department.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 0-1 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
• Proficiency with standard computer software and accounting software.
• Demonstrated good administration and organization skills.
• Basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous automotive dealership accounting experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with CDK is helpful.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the financial operations of Mills Automotive Group.
