About the Role: AYS & Reservation Agent

Marriott International is seeking an AYS & Reservation Agent to join our team in Riyadh and Ad Dir'iyah. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable guest experiences beyond standard check-in and check-out processes. The role involves guiding guests throughout their stay by delivering a range of services and addressing their needs proactively.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The successful candidate will also need to take a hands-on approach, which involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
