B&F Ambassador

About the Role

W Hotels is seeking a B&F Ambassador to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on enhancing the guest experience by activating various hotel services within the lobby area and responding to guest requests. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage hotel guests to enhance service through the activation of all lobby outlet services, including Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, and Lounge.
• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
• Address special requests from guests with unique needs and ensure their satisfaction through follow-up.
• Gather, summarize, and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and surrounding amenities, including special events and local activities.
• Contact relevant departments or individuals (*, Bellperson, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Server) to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management and complete required safety training and certifications.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance, ensure confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
