About the Role

BK Services is seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about coffee and committed to delivering exceptional service within a coffee shop or restaurant environment.

Role Overview

The Barista will be responsible for preparing a wide range of hot and cold coffee beverages, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. This role requires proficiency in operating coffee equipment and a focus on providing a positive customer experience while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality hot and cold coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Operate espresso machines and other coffee preparation equipment efficiently and safely.
Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and overall quality of all served beverages.
Provide friendly, professional, and prompt customer service.
Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and surrounding work areas.
Manage coffee ingredients and supplies, including proper storage and stock rotation.
Adhere to all food safety guidelines and company operational standards.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista is preferred, with 0-1 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of espresso-based drinks and various coffee preparation techniques.
Basic latte art skills are considered an advantage.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Demonstrated professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure during busy periods.
Must be available to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
