About KEO Group and the Role

KEO Group is seeking a BIM Specialist to join its award-winning team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for supporting 3D design models and is central to the development, management, and coordination of BIM models for roads, highways, and related infrastructure works.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will ensure the generation of 2D drawings from models, maintain high standards for BIM implementation, perform clash detection within the discipline, and ensure coordination for multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. This position plays a key part in delivering complex infrastructure designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall BIM implementation within the roads/infrastructure discipline to support multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Manage the assigned project BIM/CAD team, including quality assurance and quality control of models and drawings.
• Assist in the creation of BIM deliverables, model federation, clash detection reports, BIM quality control plans, and design reviews, in addition to supporting asset management BIM implementation.
• Develop and manage 3D models for roads, highways, earthworks, drainage, and related infrastructure.
• Conduct internal clash detection to ensure road alignments, utilities, and other infrastructure elements do not interfere with other disciplines.
• Generate accurate 2D drawings (plans, profiles, cross-sections, details) from BIM models in compliance with client requirements and company standards.
• Support the implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for BIM deliverable production within the roads/infrastructure discipline.
• Lead BIM standards, modeling workflows, and digital delivery processes during the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software functionality issues.
• Create templates/libraries as per client’s requirements.
• Provide training for modelers when needed and oversee onboarding of BIM modelers to projects.
• Act as the focal point of contact between the BIM Management team and the project design team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• More than 14 years of overall experience.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically on roads, highways, or infrastructure projects.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
