About the Role

Smile Agents Company is seeking a Biomedical Engineer / Biomedical Equipment Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting the healthcare and dental software solutions provided to our clients, with a focus on technical assistance and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with doctors and healthcare professionals to provide software demonstrations and training.
• Offer technical support and ongoing follow-up for healthcare and dental software solutions.
• Participate in client visits to present solutions and assist the sales team with technical knowledge.
• Support the company’s sales and marketing activities by communicating the value and applications of our technologies.
• Potentially participate in workshops, conferences, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and other educational or promotional activities organized by Smile Agents.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant field.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The salary range for this role is SAR 5,625 - SAR 7,500.
