Cenomi Retail, established in 1990 as Fawaz Alhokair Fashion Retail Co., has introduced over 80 international retail and F&B brands, including Zara, Mango, Aldo, Cinnabon, and Subway, to Saudi Arabia. Operating more than 1,600 stores across 100 shopping centers in 11 countries, Cenomi Retail focuses on growth and unique brand partnerships. This full-time Brand Manager F&B role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and reports to the Operations Director.

Role Purpose

The Brand Manager is responsible for leading an assigned Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand as an end-to-end business. This includes ensuring consistent brand standards, delivering an outstanding guest experience, maintaining disciplined day-to-day operations, fostering capable and engaged teams, driving sustainable sales growth, and achieving the approved profit and loss (P&L) plan. The Brand Manager serves as the primary contact between Cenomi Retail and the Brand Principal/Franchisor, accountable for translating brand strategy into effective store-level execution across the market.

Key Accountabilities

• Act as the primary contact for the Brand Principal/Franchisor on all business matters, including operations, training, product, quality, marketing, development, supply chain, and financial performance.
• Lead daily brand operations across assigned restaurants, ensuring safe, efficient, and guest-focused execution.
• Manage the brand P&L to deliver approved targets for sales, gross margin, restaurant contribution, EBITDA, and cash performance.
• Ensure consistent end-to-end guest journey across all applicable channels and compliance with food safety, quality, and operating standards.
• Oversee the brand training agenda in partnership with Learning & Development and the Brand Principal, ensuring employee certification and capability development.
• Coordinate menu innovation, product trials, marketing campaign execution, and provide operational insight to relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with Supply Chain to ensure product availability, approved sourcing, and inventory health.
• Develop and execute the annual brand business plan, supporting network development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Decision Rights and Accountability

• Recommend and execute actions to achieve the approved brand strategy, budget, and operating plan within delegated authority.
• Approve routine operating decisions and expenditure within the approved budget and delegation-of-authority limits.
• Escalate any practice that creates a material food safety, people safety, legal, financial, reputational, or brand compliance risk.
• Accountable for brand results, proactively resolving dependencies and escalating unresolved risks.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive commercial performance.
• Experience in stakeholder management, particularly with Brand Principals/Franchisors.
• Proven track record in leading day-to-day operations and ensuring brand standards.
• Capability in training, team development, and people leadership.

Working Relationships

The Brand Manager will collaborate internally with Operations leadership, Area/Multi-Unit Managers, Restaurant Managers, Finance, HR, Learning & Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality & Food Safety, Projects & Development, IT, Legal, Procurement, Facilities and Maintenance. External relationships include the Brand Principal/Franchisor, suppliers, distributors, delivery aggregators, landlords/malls, consultants, service providers, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
