About Takamol Holding and the Role

Takamol Holding is seeking a dedicated Brand Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring the strategic alignment and consistent execution of branding initiatives across the organization. The Brand Officer will play a key role in supporting the overall brand vision and strategy, contributing to the effective communication of Takamol's mission and values through its various brands.

Core Brand Management Responsibilities

• Support the alignment of brands and branding initiatives with Takamol’s overall vision, mission, and strategy.
• Assist in coordinating marketing efforts for assigned brands to ensure consistent positioning and messaging.
• Ensure that branding materials follow approved brand guidelines and reflect best practices.
• Support the supervision of brand content development and ensure proper use of brand assets.

Market Analysis and External Partnerships

• Analyze brand initiatives to understand target audience needs and specific market requirements, particularly within the Saudi market.
• Gather and analyze market and consumer data, including performance metrics and competitive insights, and provide branding recommendations when required.
• Research and evaluate external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, and production companies.

Reporting and Administrative Support

• Assist in preparing branding presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and management.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Brand Supervisor or the Director of Brand Management.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Brand Officer position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing coordination within a dynamic environment.
