The Role of Business Analyst Intern

SoftwareOne is seeking a Business Analyst Intern in Riyadh with 0-1 years of experience. This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to a global IT company. The role involves structuring data, providing transparency to business performance, and aligning client business requirements with development, direction, and acceptance criteria. The intern will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to report on progress and product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support business transformation and digital initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Create reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations to support informed business decision-making.
• Collaborate with business, sales, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions while maintaining clear and accurate documentation.
• Support project delivery through planning, testing, prioritization, progress tracking, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications and Experience
