The Role of Business Development Executive

Shipa is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a full-time, junior-level position suitable for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to develop a career in business development. The role focuses on supporting the growth of Shipa's services and expanding its customer base, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support the business development team in promoting company services across relevant markets.
Assist in identifying potential customers and generating new business leads.
Help build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Support new customer onboarding and coordinate with internal teams.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain and update sales activities, follow-ups, and customer data using CRM or internal systems.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Participate in meetings, site visits, and networking activities as required.
Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Experience
