About the Role

Saudi Credit Information Company - SIMAH is seeking a Business Development Lead for Finance and Fintech to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving market penetration and managing client relationships within the financial and fintech sectors.

Core Responsibilities

The Business Development Lead will be responsible for owning and leading relationships with assigned accounts, including both existing members and potential new clients. A primary objective is to maximize SIMAH's market presence through the acquisition of new members and the cross-selling and up-selling of SIMAH's products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding and addressing client needs to ensure client satisfaction and the fulfillment of membership agreements.

Account Management and Business Development

Key duties include providing high-level customer service, clarifying agreements, supporting product utilization, and resolving disputes. The role involves close cooperation with internal SIMAH departments to communicate client needs and facilitate the development of appropriate products and services. Regular meetings with members are essential to identify needs and propose suitable solutions. The Business Development Lead must possess thorough knowledge of all SIMAH products and services to effectively present and promote them to current and future members. This includes analyzing assigned market sectors, identifying target clients, and developing robust, business-oriented relationships at all organizational levels.

Sales Effectiveness and Market Analysis

Responsibilities extend to monitoring performance against agreed targets, providing analytical reports, and identifying areas for improvement and growth. The role involves documenting client information, developing management reports to share insights on business opportunities, and assessing customer satisfaction levels to propose enhancements. Collaboration with Marketing and Communication teams for the development of promotional materials is also a key aspect. Sharing information within the team is crucial to avoid duplicated sales efforts and maximize sales achievement.

Operational Compliance and Improvement

The Business Development Lead is expected to follow all relevant functional policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. This includes contributing to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, considering international best practices, business process enhancement, cost reduction, and productivity improvement. Timely and accurate reporting to meet company and department requirements is also a key function.

Qualifications and Requirements

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales. Candidates must demonstrate a thorough understanding of SIMAH's products and services and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
