About Klybeck Life Sciences MENA

Klybeck Life Sciences MENA is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on identifying and developing new growth opportunities for the company within the MENA region.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new growth initiatives for Klybeck Life Sciences. This includes identifying new products, exploring new market segments, and establishing strategic partnerships. The role requires a proactive approach to business development, from initial opportunity screening to the handover of new products for launch.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across various animal health and nutrition segments, including poultry, livestock, equine, pet, and aquaculture.
Source and negotiate partnerships, in-licensing, and distribution agreements with international manufacturers.
Lead market research, feasibility studies, and business case development for new products and ventures.
Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs to manage product registration timelines with SFDA and other relevant authorities.
Manage the new-product pipeline from initial opportunity screening through to launch handover to Sales and Marketing.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, associations, and government bodies.
Present opportunities, financial projections, and progress reports to the Chief Business Officer (CBO).

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related life science field. An MBA is preferred.
7–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within animal health, pharmaceuticals, or feed additives.
Proven experience in negotiating partnerships, licensing, or distribution agreements.
Strong strategic thinking, financial, and commercial analysis skills.
Knowledge of SFDA registration requirements is a significant advantage.
Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
