About Squadio and the Role

Squadio is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is critical for enhancing our data analysis capabilities and driving informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills, enabling them to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders across the organization.

Role Summary and Contribution

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be at the forefront of data interpretation and strategic reporting. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify key trends and patterns. You will also be tasked with creating insightful reports and developing interactive dashboards that effectively visualize data, ultimately making recommendations to improve overall business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a related role.

Essential Skills and Technical Proficiency

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
