Role Purpose and Context

This full-time position is integral to our customer service operations, focusing on direct customer interaction to ensure efficient and professional support. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries and issues, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. This role reports to the Call Center Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products or services.
• Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Achieve established performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Adhere to communication scripts and company policies during all customer interactions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for the Call Center Representative position are required to have 0 to 1 year of experience. This entry-level role is suitable for individuals who are beginning their career in customer service or have limited prior experience in a call center or customer-facing environment.
