Role Overview

Almarai is seeking an Assistant Manager II - System & Process Projects to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role, requiring 2-5 years of experience, focuses on ensuring system availability, business continuity, and service excellence for the SO99 Planning Solution. The position involves effective integration with SAP and other enterprise applications, acting as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to support planning objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the SO99 Planning Solution.
• Ensure system availability, stability, and performance in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including incident and service request management.
• Lead issue resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.
• Coordinate incident and service request management processes.
• Monitor application health, job execution, interfaces, and data synchronization.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure system availability and business continuity.
• Experience with SAP and other enterprise applications is essential.
• Proven capability in liaising with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
