Role Overview: Cybersecurity Manager

Almarai is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading and managing corporate strategic goals related to the availability, integrity, and functionality of IT and Industrial Control Systems (ICS). The focus is on developing innovative solutions to mitigate IT/ICS security risks and ensuring adherence to best practices in security compliance.

Core Purpose of the Job

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage the corporate strategic goals related to cybersecurity. This includes ensuring the highest levels of availability, integrity, and functionality for both IT and Industrial Control Systems (ICS). A key aspect of the role is to provide innovative solutions that effectively reduce IT/ICS security risks and to adopt best practices in security compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of corporate strategic goals concerning IT and ICS system security.
• Ensure the highest availability, integrity, and functionality of IT and ICS systems.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to reduce IT/ICS security risks.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in security compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead security initiatives for IT and ICS environments.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing security solutions and compliance frameworks.
