Role Overview

This full-time role is critical for ensuring the proper maintenance and reliability of industrial large-scale ammonia, Freon, and glycol refrigeration equipment. The primary objective is to prevent product loss that could result from refrigeration system failures, contributing directly to operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous maintenance and reliability of all industrial Ammonia, Freon, and Glycol units.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of Ammonia, Freon, and Glycol systems in accordance with best practices, requirements, and established guidelines.
• Monitor and accurately record all operating parameters and information within the designated area of responsibility.
• Guarantee an uninterrupted supply, trouble-free, and safe operation of all Ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment.
• Submit consistent reports, provide management with advice on required maintenance, and ensure that all logbooks are complete and accurate.

Qualifications and Experience

• A graduate with at least a 2-3 years technical college certificate.
• A certificate in large-scale industrial Ammonia and Freon systems; SABRO certification is preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial large-scale ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Good knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration, control systems, electrical systems, and computer controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated competencies in literacy, numeracy, cost consciousness, excellent communication, and a proactive approach.
