Role Overview

The Carpenter & Masson is responsible for ensuring the operational integrity of hotel facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities, ensuring the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond to service requests, addressing guest calls and team member work orders efficiently.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs and maintenance in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
• Document all completed inspections and repairs, and flag any issues requiring further attention.
