About the Role: CBSE Certified Resource Person

Zeal International is seeking CBSE Certified Resource Persons to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site position primarily based in the Makkah Region, Saudi Arabia. The core function of this role involves designing and delivering CBSE-aligned training programs, workshops, and capacity-building sessions specifically for educators and school leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver CBSE-aligned training programs, workshops, and capacity-building sessions for educators and school leaders.
• Develop training materials, lesson plans, and evaluation tools that integrate AI-powered education solutions and best practices in modern pedagogy.
• Conduct on-site training sessions within the Makkah Region.
• Observe classroom practices and provide structured feedback to educators.
• Support schools in implementing CBSE guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators, school management, and internal teams to tailor programs to institutional needs and track training outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must hold CBSE Certification as a Resource Person.
• Requires 0-1 years of experience in a relevant educational or training capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective educational training programs.
• Understanding of modern pedagogical approaches and the integration of AI in education.

Work Environment and Location

This position is a full-time, on-site role. The primary operational base and location for conducting training sessions will be the Makkah Region, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be prepared for regular on-site engagement within this region.
