About the Role

Amazon is seeking a Channel Team Lead – Hub Delivery to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership position is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) focused on onboarding and managing local retail partners for Amazon's Hub Delivery program. The role combines field execution with strategic oversight to ensure ADEs meet activation and performance targets while upholding Amazon's delivery standards.

Role Context and Objectives

The Channel Team Lead will function as a coach, problem-solver, and results driver, enabling their team to succeed in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment. The primary objective is to ensure consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model and to identify and resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality and partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs).
• Ensure consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model.
• Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence within the team.
• Monitor team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
• Identify systemic issues within assigned territories and implement corrective action plans.
• Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality.
• Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
