About Ma'aden and the Role

Ma'aden, established in 1997, is a rapidly growing mining company and the largest multi-commodity mining and metals company in the Middle East. It plays a key role in developing the mining industry to become the third pillar of Saudi Arabia’s economy by building a world-class, integrated mining value chain. We are seeking a Chief Specialist, Business Integration Partner – BM&NM to join our team in Riyadh for a full-time position.

Role Purpose and Context

The Chief Specialist, Business Integration Partner serves as the primary business partner for the Gold & Base Metal business. This role is crucial for ensuring that all technology operations domains deliver tangible value across current Gold operations and future base metal operations, ultimately positioning Ma'aden as a leading technology-enabled miner globally. The position involves close collaboration with Domain Integrators and Chief Specialists to tailor domain solutions to specific operational, geological, and economic contexts within the Gold business, ensuring alignment with Business Unit senior leadership and capital projects teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery and coordinate business alignment for Gold and Base Metal operations.
• Represent and consolidate Gold and Base Metal business priorities, KPIs, and value objectives within domain-level initiatives.
• Ensure that domain solutions accurately reflect Gold operational realities, risk profiles, and performance drivers.
• Act as the central coordination point between Gold leadership and domain teams.
• Work with Domain Integrators to translate domain objectives into Gold-specific initiatives and use cases.
• Collaborate with Chief Specialists to develop solutions that address Gold & Base Metal business needs, aligned with the Full Potential team.
• Support Technical Initiative Leads by providing Gold-specific business context and success criteria to determine value creation from identified opportunities.

Value Governance and Adoption Enablement

• Ensure that initiatives impacting the Domains align with agreed KPIs, value targets, and investment priorities for the BMNM Domain Mission and annual objectives.
• Support prioritization and sequencing of initiatives to maximize value realization across Gold & Base Metal operations.
• Track and support the realization of benefits from Gold & Base Metal initiatives.
• Support the development of technology enablement requirements from various platforms within the tech stack.
• Ensure alignment of processes, operating models, and performance management to enhance Operational excellence contribution to the TechOps enablement program.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Gold / Base Metal leadership on domain-driven initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
