About the Role

Trafalgar is seeking a Client Advisor - Luxury, Watches, Jewelry to join our retail team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store. The primary objective of this role is to assist customers, drive sales, and maintain a positive shopping experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer product information and guidance to customers within the stores.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to effectively recommend suitable products or services.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services, including features, benefits, and usage.
• Build and maintain a customer database, including follow-up with VIP customers.
• Ensure a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling various payment methods such as cash and credit cards.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
• Stay updated on current promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches to effectively communicate this information to customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Manage after-sales service for customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
