The Role of Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Loewe in Riyadh, you will contribute to a fast-moving and ambitious company environment. This full-time role involves ensuring client service expectations are met and exceeded through engaging interactions, supporting both individual and team objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
• Provide an exceptional client experience through engaging interactions.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
• Educate clients on the brand's history and heritage.
• Highlight product categories using product knowledge and storytelling.
• Grow and manage a client book, updating client information in company tools.
• Collaborate in all store activities to achieve overall objectives.
• Participate in visual merchandising in line with Loewe’s standards.
• Maintain product presentation and organization in both front and back-of-house areas.
• Support inventory management and various back-of-house tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Loewe’s grooming and behavior standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where you will work as part of a team dedicated to luxury retail. The role offers an opportunity to learn and collaborate with passionate individuals within the Loewe brand.
