The platform serves major events across the Kingdom, with sales exceeding 2 billion. We are seeking a Client Services Graphic Designer to join our team in Riyadh, working full-time.

The Role

The Client Services Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets for various digital platforms, social media, campaigns, and event communications. This role involves creating designs for presentations and operational materials, ensuring visual consistency and brand adherence across all outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital assets for websites, applications, social media, CRM communications, campaigns, and presentations.
• Create event artwork, promotional materials, platform banners, thumbnails, advertisements, and informational graphics.
• Adapt approved key visuals across multiple formats, dimensions, languages, and channels.
• Develop clear and visually consistent Arabic and English layouts.
• Support the production of venue signage, screens, printed materials, credentials, guides, and operational assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, operations, and project stakeholders to translate briefs into effective designs.
• Maintain consistency with ******* brand standards and project-specific visual guidelines.
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files according to technical specifications.
• Manage multiple design requests and deliver work within agreed timelines.
• Organize and maintain editable source files, templates, fonts, imagery, and final assets.
• Review designs for accuracy, alignment, spelling, dimensions, and brand compliance.
• Support urgent creative requirements during launches, campaigns, and live events.
• Contribute ideas to improve the quality, clarity, and effectiveness of visual communication.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will be a strong visual executor capable of working within established brand systems and adapting designs across various formats. This role requires the ability to respond quickly to high-volume and time-sensitive requests. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and operations, in a dynamic environment that handles high-volume and time-sensitive projects.
