About United Imaging Healthcare and the Role

United Imaging Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to providing expert clinical application support and training for our products, ensuring high customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth within the region.

Core Responsibilities: Clinical Training and Support

• Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to deliver timely clinical application training for United Imaging products within the assigned territory.
• Proactively identify and resolve customer clinical challenges, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
• Collect valuable customer feedback and curate excellent clinical images and case studies, summarizing this information to support product sales and inform new product research.

Strategic Engagement and Market Development

• Assist in establishing regional expert resources, maintain strong relationships with these experts, and support customers in conducting clinical scientific research.
• Oversee the establishment and ongoing maintenance of reference hospitals within the responsible region, including managing and hosting visits to these facilities.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing

• Provide essential pre-sales and after-sales product and application demonstration support to the sales and marketing teams.
• Assist in organizing various promotional activities and exhibitions to help achieve the company's sales targets and business growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall business objectives.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical applications and a commitment to customer success. This role requires 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the medical imaging or healthcare technology industry.
