Clinical Consultant ACI META

About the Role

Philips is seeking a Clinical Consultant, ACI META, for a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to driving the growth of Acute Care Informatics (ACI) solutions across the META region. The Clinical Consultant will provide deep product expertise throughout the sales cycle to help prospective ACI customers understand the value of Philips' solutions. Additionally, this position plays a critical role in translating ACI Business strategies into field execution by sharing product knowledge with account owners and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise and support to Sales Specialists to secure Acute Care Informatics business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and engage in in-depth discussions with prospective customers to articulate the product value proposition.
• Advise customers on optimal product configurations to meet their specific needs.
• Collaborate with non-ACI sellers on co-selling initiatives to extend the full value of the ACI portfolio to broader Philips enterprise customers.
• Educate channel partners and non-specialist sellers on the core value proposition of products to support their lead generation and qualification activities.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals to ensure proficiency in Philips' applications and promote best practices in clinical settings.
• Lead initiatives to optimize clinical workflows and operational efficiencies through advanced application utilization strategies, aligning with customer needs and organizational objectives.

Business Strategy Support

• Collaborate with regional business unit leaders to ensure effective deployment of relevant Business Unit/product-specific sales initiatives with customers.
• Support the order funnel to contribute towards targets and ACI business objectives.
• Maintain seller best practices, including Salesforce utilization and data hygiene, to enable accurate reporting and forecasting.

Work Environment

This role is field-based, with activities primarily conducted at customer or supplier locations. Philips believes in collaborative work, emphasizing that field roles are most effectively performed outside of the company's main facilities.
