About the Role

Saudi Xerox is seeking a Cloud Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to designing, governing, and delivering secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions across various public cloud platforms. The consultant will play a key role in supporting enterprise cloud transformation by defining architecture strategies, leading migration initiatives, establishing cloud foundations, and enabling DevOps practices to ensure reliable, automated, and secure service delivery aligned with business and technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cloud architectures for enterprise workloads and cloud-native applications across Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Lead enterprise cloud migration and modernization initiatives, applying industry best practices and structured migration frameworks.
• Define and implement cloud landing zones that meet governance, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Ensure operational readiness through robust monitoring, logging, observability, disaster recovery, and reliability best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or equivalent automation tools.
• Support the implementation of DevOps and platform engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Develop cloud architecture strategies aligned with organizational objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Define migration approaches, including rehost, replatform, refactor, rebuild, and replace strategies, based on business and technical requirements.
• Evaluate cloud solutions and recommend scalable, secure, and cost-effective architecture designs.
• Contribute to cloud adoption roadmaps and modernization plans, and develop reusable cloud architecture patterns, standards, and deployment frameworks.
• Promote DevOps, DevSecOps, containerization, and automation best practices across projects.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout cloud migration and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities by conducting architecture workshops, developing solution designs, and contributing to technical proposals.
• Ensure cloud architectures comply with organizational governance, security, and regulatory requirements, incorporating identity and access management (IAM), security controls, and resilience into solution designs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cloud architecture, cloud consulting, infrastructure engineering, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, OCI).
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Certifications

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect certification (preferred).
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate (preferred).
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA or CKAD) (preferred).
• Relevant DevOps or cloud engineering certifications are advantageous.
