Club Manager

Armah Sports Company is transforming the fitness industry in Saudi Arabia by introducing next-generation fitness clubs under two flagship brands: OPTIMO and B_FIT.

Driven by our “Smart Club” concept, we provide a seamless, technology-enabled fitness experience that redefines how members engage with health, wellness, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily club operations, including opening and closing, and facility maintenance.

·        

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning club environment to support a smooth member experience.

·        

Develop and support initiatives that improve member engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

·        

Promote membership sales, strengthen community relationships, and increase awareness of the club.

·        

Train and develop the team to improve service quality and support member satisfaction.

·        

Keep management skills and industry knowledge up to date.

·        

Work collaboratively with the team and assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

·        

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Management, Fitness, or a related field.

·        

At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a similar role.
