About the Role

PepsiCo is seeking a Cntrl & Rpt Asst Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to enhancing financial serviceability through timely reconciliations and effective accounts receivable management. The Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for facilitating key account reconciliations, implementing AR review processes, and collaborating with external legal firms on court cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate timely Key Account reconciliations to improve serviceability and streamline the confirmation process.
  • Implement and manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) review and reconciliation process.
  • Distribute statements in adherence to SSFL policy and timelines for assigned credit customers.
  • Prepare timely reconciliations for all assigned customers, identify variances, and facilitate actions until closure.
  • Ensure timely review of reconciliations with DC finance supervisors, Credit Controller, and CAM, maintaining easily retrievable records.
  • Prepare Customer Reconciliation Summaries for regional sales and finance teams, reporting to the Credit Controller by deadlines.
  • Receive and analyze OT customer payments from FSS, reporting and resolving variances (unpaid/short-paid invoices, credit/debit notes, stale items) with sales teams and customers.
  • Review monthly collection schedules, monitor progress against LTAs for OT customers, and report delays to KAMs and the Finance team.
  • Follow up on action minutes from sales team meetings regarding CNs, LTAs, and promotions.
  • Maintain a summary of LTA highlights for OT customers, including credit terms, balance confirmations, and fixed incentives.
  • Follow up with collection agencies or insurance providers on cases handed over for receivable balance collection.

Control Execution and Compliance

  • Execute controls effectively by understanding their objectives on an ongoing basis.
  • Document test script attributes for effective control execution as necessary.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of controls through testing, conducted quarterly or as needed.
  • Maintain a comprehensive audit trail to evidence activity execution, sufficient for re-performance by an independent third party.
  • Remediate any identified control deficiencies as necessary.
  • Provide clear results of verification activities.
  • Share clear reasons for holds on CCPF to enable informed decision-making by the Credit Controller, CAM, and management regarding order release or action.

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Provide regular feedback to the Credit Controller and review the status of reconciliations and customer accounts.
  • Work proactively with peers to achieve common business objectives and optimize operational status.
  • Share new initiatives and areas for improvement with the Credit Controller and ensure follow-through for implementation.
  • Coordinate with the Credit Controller, CAM, and Sales team to ensure timely balance confirmations are received from salesmen and credit customers.
  • List CDA variable and fixed credit, coordinating with the Revenue Analyst for timely processing in alignment with deductions.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in a similar financial or accounting role.
