The Co-op Trainee Opportunity

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a motivated Saudi National to join its Co-op Training Program in Riyadh. This full-time trainee position is designed for individuals currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering. The program offers hands-on experience, enabling trainees to support project teams, contribute to project delivery, and develop practical skills within a professional engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams with day-to-day engineering and project-related activities.
• Assist in preparing technical documents, drawings, reports, and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and project coordination activities.
• Conduct research and data gathering to support project delivery.
• Perform other tasks related to the assigned discipline under supervision.

Program Eligibility and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Architectural Engineering.
• Cooperative Training (COOP) must be a mandatory requirement for graduation from the university.
• Submission of an official university letter confirming the COOP requirement and training period.
• Provision of an academic transcript.
• Eligible to register under the COOP program via Qiwa/HRDF where applicable.
• Maintain good academic standing.

Work Setting and Duration
