Coffee Specialist

About the Role

Nestlé Nespresso SA is seeking a Coffee Specialist for a full-time, entry-level position in Riyadh. This role focuses on driving sales, service, and operations through collaborative interactions with clients and team members. The Coffee Specialist will contribute to providing quality coffee and customer service within the Nespresso community.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales and service level targets.
• Welcome Boutique clientele and identify their needs.
• Advise prospects and Club members on Nespresso products and services.
• Register new Boutique customers, open accounts, present Boutique and Club services, and assist with initial purchases.
• Introduce Club members to coffee tasting and develop their interest in the full product range.
• Maximize the sale of all Nespresso products available in the Boutique, including coffee, machines, and accessories.
• Actively manage and update customer records in the database daily.
• Perform initial analysis of machine breakdowns reported by customers to guide them towards after-sales service.
• Ensure the Boutique is clean, well-ordered, and properly presented, including correct equipment.
• Work in shifts and fulfill assigned roles and expectations.
• Support special events.
• Contribute to the management of inventories, stocks, and cash.
• Participate in regular team briefings, meetings, and on-the-job coaching sessions organized by the Boutique manager or team leader.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1 year of prior retail experience is required.
• This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
