About the Collections Officer Role

Enaya Human Resources is looking to appoint a Collections Officer to our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to manage and oversee the collection of outstanding payments from corporate clients.

Purpose of the Role

The Collections Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company by ensuring timely payment of invoices. This involves direct communication with clients, meticulous record-keeping, and strategic coordination with internal departments to resolve payment-related issues effectively. The successful candidate will contribute directly to achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding payments from corporate clients.
• Communicate with clients regarding overdue invoices.
• Prepare periodic reports on collection status and outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date collection records.
• Work toward achieving assigned collection targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 0-1 years of professional experience.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
