The Role of Commercial Operation Manager

Cloud Softway is seeking a Commercial Operation Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement that includes some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves overseeing commercial operations to support sales, customer service, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing commercial operations, including planning, executing, and optimizing processes.
Analyzing operational data and monitoring performance metrics.
Coordinating with sales and account teams to ensure alignment.
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows.
Developing operational reports to track progress and inform decisions.
Supporting strategic initiatives to achieve company goals.
Ensuring commercial activities align with company objectives and client needs.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in commercial operations or a similar field. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of sales processes, customer service, and revenue growth strategies.
