About the Opportunity

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking a Company General Manager with expertise in SaaS / Technology. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading and representing a prominent company within the Saudi market. The position requires a senior business leader with extensive experience.

Role Purpose

The General Manager will oversee the company’s commercial performance, business growth, and operational execution. Key responsibilities include developing strategic relationships and driving market development. This role demands a strong commercial mindset and the ability to represent the company effectively at executive and industry levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s overall business and operations.
• Develop strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
• Oversee business performance and operational efficiency.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets.
• Build and maintain strategic client and partner relationships.
• Lead business development and commercial opportunities.
• Negotiate key commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Represent the company at senior-level meetings and events.
• Act as the company’s senior representative in Saudi Arabia.
• Lead and develop the local team, promoting high performance.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure effective execution of business plans and initiatives.
• Present business performance updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong experience in SaaS / Technology, with exposure to commercial and business operations.
• Proven track record in business development, commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and client relationship management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Desired Background

• Preferably a diverse background combining SaaS and consulting experience.
• Experience in Technology, F&B, or Hospitality is considered an advantage.
