About the Role

CareerFirst Company is seeking a Compliance Inspector (Real Estate) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on ensuring adherence to real estate regulations through field visits, evidence collection, and detailed reporting of non-compliance cases.

Role Overview

The Real Estate Inspector is responsible for executing regulatory visits to properties and real estate facilities. This includes gathering evidence, reviewing official records, and meticulously documenting any instances of non-compliance. A key aspect of the role involves meeting a minimum target of 20 regulatory visits and following up on corrective actions to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field and regulatory inspection visits to properties and real estate facilities, maintaining a minimum quota of 20 visits.
Gather relevant evidence, official documents, and necessary materials during inspections.
Review official documentation, licenses, and operational records thoroughly.
Identify, document, and report all cases of regulatory non-compliance or violations.
Monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions and remediation plans.
Prepare, compile, and submit comprehensive visit and inspection reports.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involving regular field visits and detailed administrative tasks related to compliance reporting.
