Parsons Corporation is seeking a Construction Manager – APM to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing the construction and integration of Automated People Mover (APM) systems within airport terminal buildings and associated connectivity areas. The role is critical for ensuring that all project phases, from installation to operational readiness, are executed safely and in full compliance with project standards.

Role Overview and Project Scope

The Construction Manager will manage and coordinate all aspects of construction, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness for APM systems. This includes ensuring adherence to approved designs, specifications, quality requirements, and project schedules, while navigating the operational constraints of a live airport environment. A key focus of this role is to facilitate seamless integration between APM infrastructure, terminal facilities, passenger systems, and various operational interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction and interface coordination for APM systems and their associated infrastructure.
• Coordinate effectively between civil, structural, MEP, rail systems, and operational stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between APM systems and the terminal's operational requirements.
• Lead interface resolution workshops and technical coordination meetings.
• Monitor progress, logistics, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Support integrated systems testing and Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with transportation safety standards and aviation operational requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline, such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Transportation Engineering.
• Demonstrated strong experience in interface management and systems integration.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in complex transportation and airport environments is preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement within a dynamic project environment, coordinating multiple disciplines and stakeholders to deliver critical airport infrastructure.
