About the Company and Role

Saudi Arabian Trading and Construction Company (SATCO) is seeking a Construction Manager, Hardscape & Landscape, to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on directing the initial construction phases on-site, ensuring the successful execution of landscape and hardscape projects.

Role Overview

The Construction Manager for Hardscape & Landscape is a leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction. The goal is to create aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces that meet client specifications. This role involves strategic oversight to drive project success and enhance the company's reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct hardscape and landscape works on-site, leading the first construction front, while ensuring all activities align with project specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities, fostering communication to enhance overall project outcomes and efficiency.
• Oversee project budgets and schedules, implementing strategies to maintain financial objectives and ensure timely project completion without compromising quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and deliver project proposals to clients, showcasing design concepts and project timelines to secure contracts.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth.
• Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure all work meets the high standards expected by clients and regulatory authorities.
• Manage the procurement process for materials and resources, negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing.
• Analyze project performance post-completion, identifying areas for improvement and applying lessons learned to enhance future projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on hardscape and landscape projects.
