About the Role

ECEC East Consulting Engineering Company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join its Construction Supervision team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a professional with 5-10 years of experience who will oversee all aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Overview

The Construction Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management and supervision of construction projects. This involves leading project planning, site execution, and team coordination to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks from inception through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Monitor construction processes and conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and design specifications.
• Manage materials, equipment, and labor resources effectively to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
• Identify potential construction challenges and develop mitigation strategies to address issues proactively.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and change orders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in construction management or supervision roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within ECEC East Consulting Engineering Company's Construction Supervision team. The role involves working closely with various project stakeholders and managing on-site construction activities.
