About the Role

AECOM Saudi Arabia is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the complete contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation through execution and renewal. The Contracts Manager will serve as a key liaison between internal departments and external partners, ensuring all contractual obligations are met while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full contract lifecycle, including preparation, review, negotiation, and execution of commercial, vendor, and service agreements.
Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks, inconsistencies, and areas requiring clarification or modification.
Maintain a centralized contract repository and database, ensuring accurate documentation, version control, and easy accessibility for stakeholders.
Monitor contract performance and compliance, tracking key dates, milestones, renewal deadlines, and obligations to prevent lapses or missed opportunities.
Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and operational departments to ensure alignment on contract requirements and timely execution.
Prepare comprehensive contract reports and summaries for management review, highlighting critical terms, financial implications, and compliance status.
Conduct vendor and supplier management activities, including performance evaluations and contract renewal negotiations.
Ensure all contracts comply with organizational policies, Saudi Arabian regulations, and applicable legal requirements.
Develop and implement standardized contract templates and processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization.
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders regarding contract terms, obligations, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to optimize contract terms, reduce costs, and mitigate organizational risk.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive contractual information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 15 years of experience in contracts administration or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in managing the full contract lifecycle.
Strong understanding of contractual terms, conditions, and legal requirements.

Exceptional organizational skills for managing documentation and tracking performance.
