About the Role

Alfanar is seeking a Control Room Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing and overseeing the operations of the security control room, ensuring effective monitoring, incident response, and coordination of security personnel to maintain safety and protect assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the security control room to ensure effective and uninterrupted functioning.
• Ensure all security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control, are fully operational and properly maintained.
• Oversee continuous real-time monitoring of all secured premises and sensitive areas.
• Ensure prompt and appropriate response to security alerts, incidents, or potential breaches.
• Coordinate security response teams during emergencies or critical situations.
• Ensure accurate, detailed, and timely documentation of all security incidents and actions taken.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on control room operations, incidents, and performance.
• Maintain well-organized records to support audits, investigations, and management reviews.

Operational Management and Compliance

• Take full responsibility for operations as per the job description and required deliverables, adhering to company guidelines.
• Anticipate problems and implement proactive steps to prevent them.
• Make necessary and proper timely decisions.
• Deliver required results in a timely manner with specified quality and cost efficiency.
• Transform corporate goals into business plans; plan, follow-up, and execute annual or development plans.
• Monitor plan performance and initiate actions to strengthen results and take corrective measures.
• Monitor and control budgets and expenses to achieve optimum cost efficiency.
• Ensure all control room activities adhere to company security policies, procedures, and applicable local regulations.
• Identify and report any non-compliance or security risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment as per standard regulations.

Team Leadership and Communication

• Assign duties and responsibilities to control room operators based on operational requirements.
• Supervise team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and training on security procedures and protocols.
• Act as the primary communication link between control room staff, security personnel, management, and external emergency services.
• Ensure clear and effective information flow during both routine operations and emergency situations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety Engineering or any relevant field.
• 5-10 years of experience in a related role.

• Develop the organizational structure according to current requirements, considering future and development plans.
• Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.
• Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
