About the Role

EjadTech is seeking an experienced Corporate Performance Manager to oversee corporate performance management, monitor strategy execution, and drive operational efficiency and organizational excellence. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Corporate Performance Manager is responsible for developing and implementing performance management frameworks, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluating departmental progress against strategic and operational objectives. The role involves identifying performance gaps, recommending improvement initiatives, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate performance management framework aligned with EjadTech’s strategy and objectives.
• Establish and maintain corporate performance policies, methodologies, procedures, and governance standards.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance targets in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Monitor departmental performance and evaluate progress against strategic and operational targets.
• Develop and maintain corporate performance dashboards, scorecards, and periodic management reports.
• Analyze performance results, identify gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans.
• Monitor the execution of corporate strategic objectives and initiatives, evaluating their contribution to overall goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present periodic corporate performance reports, findings, and recommendations to executive management.
• Coordinate performance review meetings and promote cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared corporate objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in performance management and strategy execution.
• Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Experience in developing executive reports and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of corporate performance management frameworks and methodologies.
• Proficiency in developing and monitoring KPIs and performance targets.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.
• Skills in preparing comprehensive performance reports and executive dashboards.
• Knowledge of benchmarking methodologies and best practices in performance management.
