About the Role

Emirates is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to designing and implementing effective sales strategies for corporate accounts, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines. The primary objective is to achieve corporate sales targets, with a competitive salary offered to candidates with 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Strategic Sales and Business Development

  • Define, document, and implement a Corporate Sales Strategy to acquire accounts as per target.
  • Develop key Corporate Accounts, create annual Account Development plans, continually evaluate and analyze account performance, and ensure plan implementation.
  • Develop and evaluate corporate deal proposals based on traffic potential, seasonality, and competition, advising on actions to ensure incremental revenue.
  • Implement the sales philosophy, including policies, sales quotas, and goals in agreement with the VP to achieve short and long-term revenue growth for corporates.
  • Analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of situations to develop long-term approaches and objectives, identifying corporate businesses with potential for further growth.
  • Develop and implement consistent and appropriate sales and promotion plans customized for corporate accounts to increase revenue.
  • Assist in the development of value-added products for implementation in the local market to further optimize and enhance revenue.

Operational Management and Market Insight

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide a high standard of service to Corporate Clients, sustaining and improving market share.
  • Advise the VP on market situations and assist in developing new products, pricing strategies, and ways to counter competition.
  • Coordinate the distribution of quality marketing and promotional collateral and material.
  • Participate in the preparation of operating budgets for the department.
  • Manage sales and promotion activities within approved budgets, according to management policies and guidelines, to maximize resource usage, control costs, and increase profitability.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports and constantly monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep Head Office informed of local conditions.
  • Liaise with marketing and tariff units, other passenger service-related departments, and all station Sales Managers of Emirates to ensure a well-integrated sales effort.

Client Relationship Management

  • In coordination with the Sales Managers, ensure all corporate accounts are prioritized, regularly visited, and professionally handled by the sales team to increase revenue and gain market share.
  • Provide and maintain a high standard of customer service and develop appropriate work procedures.
  • Ensure existing business is retained by developing, maintaining, and improving long-term relationships with Corporate clients.
  • Resolve operational and reservations issues from corporates related to products, disruptions, or customer complaints involving individual sales personnel.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in a senior corporate or key account role.
  • Must have the right to live and work in Saudi Arabia.

Work Location and Travel

  • Based in Riyadh, covering all of Saudi Arabia for government entity travel portfolios, semi-government corporates, and corporate accounts.
  • Required to develop and enhance government and corporate travel in line with set objectives.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
