The Role of Corporate Sales Manager

Rize is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to lead its employer partnership channel. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves pitching and closing B2B deals with corporate employers to integrate Rize's innovative rent-now-pay-later product as an employee benefit. The manager will drive growth by establishing strategic employer partnerships, leveraging a strong background in B2B sales and account management, particularly with corporate HR departments and C-suite decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and close B2B deals with companies, institutions, and large employers to integrate Rize as a corporate employee benefit.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), HR Directors, and Employee Benefits Managers to position Rize as a tool for talent retention and financial wellness.
  • Deliver compelling business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, navigate corporate procurement processes, and finalize partnership contracts.
  • Collaborate with partner HR teams to successfully launch Rize to their employees through internal marketing, webinars, or corporate events.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure long-term cooperation and maximum employee adoption.
  • Represent Rize at HR conferences, corporate wellness events, and exhibitions to expand the B2B network.
  • Schedule, organize, and conduct daily field/outdoor meetings with potential corporate partners across Riyadh.
  • Present Rize professionally, tailoring the value proposition to address employer challenges such as employee financial stress and retention.
  • Prepare regular reports on pipeline, contracts, and partnership performance, and consistently meet monthly and annual B2B acquisition targets.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of selling services or products directly to HR departments or corporate executive teams.
  • Strong background in account management to ensure post-sale success and adoption.
  • Experience in FinTech, PropTech, SaaS, or Corporate Insurance/Benefits is considered a significant advantage.

Compensation

A competitive salary package will be offered for this role, denominated in USD or SAR.
