About the Role

Nestlé is seeking a full-time Sales Representative B B to join its team in Riyadh. This role is central to driving business growth, ensuring executional excellence, and building strong customer partnerships across a diverse portfolio of corporate, institutional, and HORECA channels.

Role Purpose and Focus

The primary objective of this position is to manage and expand Nestlé's presence within key business-to-business segments. This includes engaging with corporate offices, banks, various institutions such as healthcare, education, industrial, and governmental entities, as well as the hotel, restaurant, and catering (HORECA) sectors. The role requires a focus on achieving sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined customer portfolio across corporate, institutional, and HORECA channels to achieve volume and revenue targets.
  • Conduct daily field visits to engage with customers, identify new opportunities, and ensure service excellence at all touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients, purchasing teams, and distributors.
  • Execute sales and promotional programs, ensuring market visibility and compliance within assigned channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities through structured market mapping and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecast demand accurately, and report market insights to management.
  • Uphold Nestlé’s standards of quality, safety, and ethical business practices in all field operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Sales Representative B B position should have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales or account management, preferably within the B2B sector or similar channels. A proven ability to manage customer portfolios and achieve sales objectives is required.

Work Environment and Standards

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring regular field visits to client sites. The successful candidate will operate within a professional environment, adhering strictly to Nestlé’s established guidelines for quality, safety, and ethical conduct in all business activities.
