The Opportunity

Rayne is expanding its consultant team and is seeking experienced Corporate M&A Lawyers to join its growing practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position where consultants are embedded directly within client organizations, functioning as an extension of their in-house teams with ongoing support from Rayne.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate structuring, from due diligence to post-merger integration.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and other corporate transaction documents.
• Provide legal guidance on deal structuring, regulatory approvals, and compliance with corporate laws.
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for private and public company acquisitions.
• Support cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with international and regional regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a Corporate M&A Lawyer.
• Based in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated ability to advise on complex M&A transactions and corporate structuring.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating corporate transaction documents.
