About Anker Innovations and the Role

Anker Innovations is seeking a Cross-border E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to leading our cross-border marketing and operations within the Arabic market, specifically focusing on Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The specialist will serve as the primary link between the Anker brand and Arabic-speaking consumers. This role involves driving user growth, content marketing, and platform operations strategies that directly contribute to sales conversion and brand awareness. The successful candidate will integrate into a mature cross-border e-commerce team, providing localized marketing insights tailored for the Arabic market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Arabic Content Marketing: Plan and execute social media content, ad copy, and marketing materials for Arabic-speaking users, ensuring brand messaging aligns with local cultural contexts.
• Manage E-commerce Platform Operations: Oversee daily store operations, listing optimization, and promotional campaign planning across Amazon, Noon, and other prominent Arabic e-commerce platforms.
• Develop Localized Marketing Strategies: Design and implement differentiated marketing campaigns based on a deep understanding of Middle Eastern consumer behavior.
• Monitor & Optimize Campaign Performance: Track and analyze ad performance data, including CPC, ACOS, and conversion rates, to continuously optimize ROI and deliver performance reports.
• Coordinate Cross-functional Resources: Collaborate with supply chain, customer service, and design teams to ensure efficient campaign execution and a consistent user experience.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, providing actionable insights and opportunity analysis for the Arabic market.
• New Product Launch: Participate in Arabic market new product launch planning, developing full-cycle marketing strategies from pre-launch to peak sales periods.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years in cross-border e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing, with hands-on experience in the MENA market preferred.
• Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with the rules and marketing tools of Amazon, Noon, and other mainstream Arabic e-commerce platforms.
• Marketing Skills: Deep understanding of the Arabic social media ecosystem (*, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) and user acquisition strategies.
• Data-Driven: Basic data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret marketing metrics and drive decision optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the consumer electronics, 3C digital, or smart home categories.
• Familiarity with Arabic SEO/ASO optimization and the local search engine ecosystem.
