About the Role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a Customer Service English Agent to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on ensuring a positive customer experience by understanding needs, resolving issues, and optimizing the customer journey.

Role Overview

The English Call Center (CX) Agent will be a key point of contact for clients, responsible for delivering seamless and positive interactions. This position requires a proactive, solutions-oriented individual with fluency in English and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across all interactions.
Follow established customer service procedures, policies, and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve service quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

0-1 years of experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or Customer Experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
