About the Role

Imploy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and messages across various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email, and process their requests.
• Provide accurate information about products or services and resolve problems and complaints as quickly as possible.
• Follow up on open customer cases and ensure satisfactory resolutions are reached.
• Enter and update customer data and document interaction details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the best user experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of prior experience in customer service or call center environments is required.
• Work System: Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule with a fixed weekly day off on Friday.
