Xad Technologies is seeking a dedicated CW Project Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position open exclusively to candidates currently residing within Saudi Arabia, reflecting our commitment to local talent acquisition.

The Opportunity

The CW Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our Telecom Civil Works (CW) projects. This position involves coordinating critical project activities and ensuring efficient execution, contributing directly to the successful delivery of telecommunications infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and all project activities to ensure timely and efficient project progression.
• Manage project documentation and reporting, maintaining clear and accurate records of project status and progress.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Telecom Civil Works (CW) projects.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and project activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and Word, for reporting and documentation.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills are essential.
• Knowledge of major telecom operators in Saudi Arabia (STC, Mobily, Zain, TAWAL) is preferred.
• Possession of a valid KSA driving license is considered an advantage.

Location and Employment Details

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia to be considered. We are particularly interested in individuals who are available for immediate joining.
