Role Overview

This is a full-time, remote position for a CX Business Development Director based in Riyadh, Riyadh. The role focuses on leading new business development initiatives and driving customer success to ensure long-term growth and satisfaction. The Director will be responsible for strategic planning, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead new business development efforts.
Plan and execute business strategies.
